TIBHAR Hybrid K3 rubber – a well-balanced combination

The TIBHAR Hybrid K3 was developed in collaboration with top players Shang Kun, Cedric Nuytinck, and Darko Jorgic. Three world-class players with different playing styles, united in the pursuit of a well-balanced combination that offers enormous rotation while simultaneously delivering the greatest possible speed. This was precisely the focus during development. The challenge was significant, because a high-tacky surface, like the one we use in the Hybrid K3 , actually reduces speed due to the longer contact time. By developing a special combination of sponge and pimpled rubber, we succeeded in directing energy transfer forward despite the enormous grip, achieving high speed values.
